I would be interested to know why the second brother didn't have his tank on...not going to jump to conclusions...maybe he had a failure and that is why they had to bailout

The gentleman with the garden hose is soaking down his own house (the house next door) to keep it from catching fire when embers land on it. He is not in the best of places and the fire department should be taking care of what he is doing, but he is far from a doing the wrong thing.
