I knew a lot of people who had this game and not one of them knew you could use the D-pad to move a lot faster than with the C buttons. I even called the Nintendo Helpdesk to figure out how to beat this level. Crazy.

@simontec I don't remember where in the game but it tells you the D-pad is faster than the C buttons. It's how we beat it. But I'd be lying if I said we got the Gold Crystal for getting 10 seconds or lower.

What`s strange about it?

It`s a race, you try to break the record and when you win the record is broken hence the name

I knew the trick with the D-pad and it's STILL impossibly hard.

I remember how I got stuck on that level for months. Then I learned that I could go faster by using the control pad.
