just like Kaspersky Rescue Disk is also Linux ...
Linux is very useful for hacking Windows...
I use Linux Ubuntu and Linux Mint to hack Windows pass words some times...

@agt702 re-figure your computer, go to a computer store or a computer repair store or any tech kinda store an they should be able to help you.
Note that this will get rid of everything on your computer and set it to how it was when you first bought it
