Field test at Ginnie Springs of the $60 SnapSights ss-1000 YouTube -ready underwater camera. I have to say I was quite impressed with the results for a $60 camera. We took it down to 55 feet and there were no signs of water leakage. The best tip I can offer is to hold it steady. Moving it around degrades the quality of the videos. Keeping it still will produce the best results. A 1GB mini card was added to it and about 15 minutes of video was recorded. 17-19 June 2010 -
