Another awesome program by Tom. Since starting this, in as little as 3 weeks, I've been able to put on 2 lbs of lean muscle. For an advanced trainee, with over a decade who only expects 5 -10 lbs of lean mass in a good year, this is quite a nice surprise. For some reason I figured the workouts would be easy. I was wrong. Brutal workouts, but very simple to follow. Another winner.

Tom's stuff is the real deal! There are no "shortcuts" to gaining muscle, losing fat, or doing both simultaneously. Tom shows you the BEST ways to get this done. I use this stuff myself and it just plain works. Period. Check it out and get busy succeeding or don't and keep flailing and failing on your own.
