Visit a grand hotel with a long heritage in serving some of the most discerning clients through history, but now has a fabulous new designer bar that makes very eclectic cocktails. Thierry, the bar manager refuses to divulge the secrets behind his molecular creations but guarantees that his customers love them and to tell you the truth, so did I.

  • Apparently Xanthan Gum added to a cocktail will allow it to stay emulsified and also gives enough thickness to freeze.
