Ummm....Cee Lo's song is about a childhood crush that carries on. No violence. No stalking. Just flowers and a hot dog with a ketchup heart. You might also have glanced over the fact that women predominately select the strongest mate, which does include financial strength. Sincerely sorry somebody has made you feel so anxious and threatened that a catchy tune with a playful use of profanity made you revisit those insecurities.
