Get their names, and help this guy with get an attorney and start a civil suit. Include their wives and girlfriends in the suit and make it very public.

They were charging him with drinking in public (yeah smack his head into the concrete for that). They also later tried to charge him for assaulting them. Both charges were dropped after video showed the assault charge was a pure fabrication. The police officers were briefly placed on paid leave but not otherwise punished.
This is pure bullshit, pure corrupt pigs who think they can do whatever they want.

all they did was take a guy (wheelchair or not) to the ground. The guy failed to comply so he was taken down. Blacks are so stupid, not all but most black people suck at life.

This is a extremely excessive approach to this guy in the wheelchair and these officers need to be made example out of. This is a total disgrace and whomever these two officers have to answer to would hopefully consider firing these two guys because they could've just stopped the guy wheelchair and put on the cuffs without further incident. This totally uncalled for. Fire these guys because they do deserve it when it is all said and done.
