It's hard to say why some UFOs do that, maybe they like to play around a bit, or our atmosphere is having an erratic effect on their propulsion systems. Or these are experimental craft, and the pilots are having trouble with the controls :) Who knows? As far as your other question, one theory is the extraterrestrials see us as too xenophobic and hostile to accept alien visitors without shooting at them. We need to raise our spiritual consciousness in order to communicate with them peacefully.

@OmegaKent For the record, the line is "when you eliminate the IMPOSSIBLE, whatever is left, no matter how improbable, must be the truth. while option 1 will go out the window, this still leaves 2 and 3 as possible. So logically one doesn't have to accept the extra terrestrial/dimensional aspect

Peniston and his colleagues were working a military base. Why didn't they take photographs of this vehicle? Dont you think this is a bit odd? Where is their evidence? Fox is a professional liar and reinventer of historical nonsense claims - he brings nothing new to these supposed mysteries!

If you eliminate the improbable, whatever remains must be the truth...

Take the Rendlesham Forest incident, Improbable is the witnesses are...

1. all hallucinating

2. part of deliberate deception

3. misidentifying military technology

Therefor the craft must/logically can only be extra-terrestrial or extra -dimensional in origin...

But the average human mind refuses to accept this apparent truth (for the moment anyway)
