James Franco is serenaded by soloist Alice Laramore '11 of the Radcliffe Pitches on a tour of Harvard Yard. The Pitches, founded in 1975 in the historic Hasty Pudding Club, have a tradition of singing yearly for the Hasty Pudding Man of the Year. They sing their signature song, Irving Berlin's "You'd Be Surprised"
