  • will try a new exercise on exercise tv starting on October 1st. I am not sure what food i will try . I havn't lost any weight but I am feeling better and have more energy.

  • I really enjoy this drink pre or post workout. 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon of almond butter (just like peanut butter), cup of water, half-frozen banana and a dash of cinnamon. blend and enjoy!

    A favorite exercise (ok-not favorite, but it really tones the legs) the curtsy lunge! Add weights for an overhead press for extra cardio burst.

  • Ideas for something new:

    For your food:

    Try spaghetti squash with homemade pasta sauce (fresh diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, onions, peppers, olive oil etc)

    And for your workout:

    Bikram yoga!!!!! Too many benefits to list, great workout.
