Dear, Joey Castillo, here's an exercise video that you, sisters and liza can do to move their body, if they don't wiggle, sweat, jump, hop, skip, and dance, they might get Flat- Sitis!!! Flat-Sitis is when you're tired and your body turns flat, so I must warn you that, now here's your host richard simmons teaching the moves for dancin in the street!!!! where there's musicians on a stage,
Guitar
Bass
Keyboards
Back Up Singers
Drums
Trumpet
Slide Trombone
Alto Saxaphone
Baritone Saxaphone

  • I remember seeing this as a kid; we had it on VHS.

Looking at it today, for some reason I can't help but to wonder where all those people are today. Whether weight was lost by the participants as so much time passed, whether the performers on the stage had success elsewhere, etc. My curiosity often gets the best of me.

  • i still have my sweatin to the oldies :) so fun
