Gave a gymnastic seminar at Urban Evolution (http://urbanevo.com/ ) the other weekend. (Two guys got their first muscle-ups!)

Had a quick moment afterward to try out their Ninja Warrior set-up. Great stuff!

And yes... I want to compete. Stay tuned.

    Also, the Gymkana vaulting act from last night's MD/Duke basketball game should be on the coach's channel (cwgymkana) sometime today. The Terps didn't win the game, but the we still rocked the halftime show.

  • @samcarter62 Thanks for asking! My pressing is the strongest ever - got 220 lbs overhead strict press, did a strong 260 lbs x 10 in the bench last week, which extrapolates to a 347 max. I'm working my tail off and getting the basic lifts as strong as inhumanly possible. Figure this is the best method.

  • Hi there Jim, love your work and tutorials, insane stuff man! I am trying to get my first muscle up but it is seeming impossible. I can do 15 good, steady form supinated pull ups and about 22 dips- is this enough strength to muster it? Also, roughly how many max pull ups can you do?

  • Jim, no, I'm just holding the ring this year. Next year, I'll go flipping through it. Right now, my priorities are in partner acro and Chairs. I'll jump in on vaulting early next year.
