Key word is "professional skiing". There is a reason why some Russians can swim in ice water without getting killed by hypothermia and why you can't. Because their biorhythm adapted to these extreme temperatures and yours did not. Try it, fool.

Yep, it is kind of like Caucasians trying to run a marathon across Sahara at 40 Celsius. You have to adjust to cold weather and skiing at a very young age, just like any other sport.
