Chef Jason Hill of http://www.CookingSessions.com shares his Mexican huevos rancheros recipe in this episode of "Chef Tips."

If you've ever wondered how to make huevos rancheros, it's really quite easy. This recipe for huevos rancheros uses fresh handmade corn tortillas, refried beans, and free-range eggs poached in Jason's green tomatillo sauce. (The huevos rancheros sauce is featured in a separate video).

We hope you enjoy this easy huevos rancheros!

  • it is funny to see someone eating a taco with fork n knife, here in Mexico everyone uses his hands

  • @domingezdelapena

You really eat Huevos Rancheros with your hands? Seems pretty messy lol! =]

  • Great video as always. Cheers from Canada!

    Thanks!

Yay Canada. My wife has relatives in Nova Scotia. We really want to go visit them there.

  • I love a little jalopeno tobasco sauce on mine too. Good flavor with a nice, not too overpowering spice.

  • In South Texas Huevos Rancheros is just a sauce that's over eggs.

  • @ChefTips jaja lol, you only have to grab the extremes of the tortilla, and give that taco kind a good bite

  • I don't trust those plastic bottles. Unless they state BPA safe, in my opinion you are putting chemicals into almost everything you eat if you use them for olive oil, and condiments. Just a thought. :)

  • @phoggee

Hello. You can find them online or at restaurant supply stores. You may even find them at an Art supply store.

  • where do you get those plastic squeeze bottles
