I don't trust those plastic bottles. Unless they state BPA safe, in my opinion you are putting chemicals into almost everything you eat if you use them for olive oil, and condiments. Just a thought. :)

I love a little jalopeno tobasco sauce on mine too. Good flavor with a nice, not too overpowering spice.
