Fraudulent. Cartilage does NOT regrow on it's own. Period. Fact. Any other claim is a lie. When a "doctor", which this guy is not, trots out anicdotale testimonials instead of point to any studies, they are engaging in pure quackery. Decompress 25 minutes, then recompress for the next 72 hours, or more. Don't be stupid people. The only "decmpression" known to help structural low back problems is weight loss.

55 minutes in my opinion is to long, I have patients on from 25-30 minutes. The protocol calls for 25 minutes.

Spinal Stenosis can be treated with Non Surgical Spinal decompression.
It depends on where the stenosis is.
If it is a central canal stenosis or a intervertebral stenosis.
