  • @AdeleVEVVO really thought u were actually adele

  • @KingColt1985 i see what your saying, and yes ideally you're in constant motion, but if for whatever reason you're stalled, it leaves you rather vunerable... not a bad thing to have in your bag of tricks, but just doesn't seem too practical or efficent

  • @loveonwheels202 The thing that stops the trip counter is your forward momentum, you´re not staying there upruight with the underhook, but you start to drive him backwards so he can´t trip you since that would require both of you moving in the opposite direction

  • maybe it's just me but seems like there's a point where u're left rather vunerabe to an inside trp...

  • Lmfao "notice my body position my head is here not here" he just kept bobbing his head down there lmao other than that really good drill

  • Really helpful. Drilling this tomorrow. Thank you

  • This is really useful and cool, thanks! So easy to forget that wrestling, judo and bjj actually come from entirely different perspectives. This just made me sub to Sub101 channel!

  • Thank you cant wait to drill this tomorrow

  • @gmax876

Same here. I always pull guard. I need to really improve my takedowns. I will practice this one.

  • when you extend your arm , isnt easier to go for a double leg? youll end up in side control since your to his side
