A question, when you do this exercise do you do all of them at once or do you rest in between? because today for example I'm gonna wokrout abs, back and biceps, I do one set of each x3 and by doing that I kind of get to rest each muscle group

So this mean that is okay . Because I don't feel pain only when I almost finish my routine. I ask because I read in one post that I have to let the muscles rest and recover but I think this is only when you want to get big muscles which is not my case because what I want is to define my abs. Please let me know if I'm wrong. Thank you

Is okay to work abs everyday for 20 min or I'm overtraining my abs because I'm trying to lose abdominal fat. Please can you give a hand. Thank you.
