  • A question, when you do this exercise do you do all of them at once or do you rest in between? because today for example I'm gonna wokrout abs, back and biceps, I do one set of each x3 and by doing that I kind of get to rest each muscle group

  • So this mean that is okay . Because I don't feel pain only when I almost finish my routine. I ask because I read in one post that I have to let the muscles rest and recover but I think this is only when you want to get big muscles which is not my case because what I want is to define my abs. Please let me know if I'm wrong. Thank you
