Harper Visits Vancouver, the scene of a seemingly increased rate of gang violence in 2009. Harper wishes to enact stiffer penalties instead of dealing with the true source of gang violence, the illegal drug market.
Protesters attended Harper's meeting and chanted anti-prohibition slogans, the true solution to solving the inner-city gang problem.
Harper's claim that this is "30, 40 years of criminal justice policy that has been going in the wrong direction" is entirely true.
Larger Fines and more Jailtime, would make a Differance,,Legalize it won't make a Differance!
