Josh and John from Jcubedproductions do 1000 pushups in a day! Incredible record setting performance. They could not do 1000 straight push ups, so they did 40 sets of 25 push ups instead. They work hard and finish strong as they attempt to set a Guiness book world record for most pushups. We challenge Scott Herman Fitness Scooby1961 Scooby Arnold Schwarzenegger Body Builder Kobe Bryant Tiger Woods Charliejames1975 to all do this!

Can you do the 1000 pushup challenge? Post your video response!

  • Neither of those guys are doing correct pushups. Your body should be straight as an arrow (relatively straight at least), and your chest should touch the floor (apporximately) for each rep.

More like 150 pushups in a day ;)

  • @Lax1900 Quite possibly. Have you got any plans for any more?

  • @pennthebaker Ha thank you, Glad we came to peace. But like I said, if this was at normal speed, you would see both of us are going all the way down for a majority of the pushups, if not all.

  • @Lax1900 That's not a Guinness World record though but fair enough completing personal records is awesome. That was just one example as neither completed a large number of decent push ups at all. Anyway this is still impressive my only gripe was that i thought you were saying you had broken a Guiness World Record. Anyway good on you both like i said this is still an impressive feat and im sorry for any offence caused.

  • @pennthebaker So you look at one guy in the video and claim that the other guy is not doing pushups? We got 2 people in this video both doing 1000 pushups. And the record broken was most pushups in a day by either of these men. So there was a record broken, a personal record.

  • @Lax1900 You need only look at the "pushups" performed by the guy next to the car on the hockey sticks to see that you're arms dont go to 90degrees, nor do they go past that. I mean really a full pushup would involve your chest touching the floor, but that's just my opinion. And this continues for the majority of your video. You seem to have ignored the major point though which was........ Exactly what record was broken in this video? You claim record for most pushups! This clearly is untrue.

  • @pennthebaker Video tape yourself doing your "full" pushups as you call it, and then speed it up by 3 times and tell me how it looks. These are full push ups, arms are going 90 degrees, and it is a world record of awesomeness. Let's see those 500 daily pushups. Either way, it is good to do pushups and pushups is what we do and apparently what you do, so there should be no argument.

  • @Lax1900 So you're looking at this video and you're happy that these are all full push ups? Even though technically a pushup involves your elbows going atleast or past 90 degrees. This is also not a World Record. Not by any strerch of the imagination. Lots of people do 1000 push ups a day just as a matter of conditioning. I do 500 myself and it wouldn't be much of a stretch to double that on any given day. The record for push ups in a day is 46,000!! What's this supposed to be a record of?

  • @Lax1900 So you're looking at this video and you're happy that these are all high quality full push ups? Even though technically a pushup involves your chest touching the floor........ it's called full range of motion. You didn't achieve that once. Ha ha ha, a push up world championship judge??!!! Shut up.

  • @pennthebaker Actually, they all counted. We had an official judge from the push up world championships counting and he managed to get them all down.
