Terry Fox is my Hero and such an absolute inspiration.Terry and I both battled Osteogenic Sarcoma and if it wasn't for his courage, passion and dedication I wouldn't be celebrating my 18th or an amazing 4 years of surviving cancer.

god...this makes me cry every year remembering he was a normal teenager just like us...but he made a huge difference...he truly is a hero...thank you so much terry and god bless you RIP <3

@jjhamaouii he was not born a hero he died a hero. we are born without a name for ourselves it's what we do in life up to death that makes a name for us and he made a name for himself. he BECAME a hero he was not born a hero. no one is born a hero until they accomplish that feat in life. he was great but we should see things the way he did and i'm sure he would agree if he was alive

I survived Spinal Cancer 6 yrs now but i could never even come close to Terry courage wise.What a GREAT Kid he was RIP TERRY.GOD BLESS YOUR SOUL He should have been the greatest Canadian
