How can The Spaniard have 104 cases a month to deal with? Are these different cases with the same company like BT, British Gas, Sky, Carphone warehouse. like with BT you could have a complaint about Broadband, or your landline, about customer service, about a phone bill-that's four complaints with one company already. Thanks to Ben and The Spaniard you are a godsend and are LAWFUL.
