mazinger Z is actually 18 meters tall compare to Voltes 5 which is around 54 to 58 meters I think. there are some robots who is bigger than Voltes 5 like Daitarn 3 also Mazinger Z started the popularize the mecha shows Voltes 5 is in the Robot romance trilogy series combattler V/Voltes 5/ daimos while while the go nagai robots is Mazinger Z/Great Mazinger/ Grendaizer Also for those who are really hard core fans of these shows check out the super robot wars @ game oon ps2 these mecha are there
