They could have taken GR2 so far. Before it was released i loved the look and the mission location,but was dissapointed by the size of the levels and the AI was too smart. they had xray vision,you couldnt hide from them AT ALL. No tactics accept suppressing fire worked. It had more of a head on infantry feel than a quick silent special ops mission to demo a downed plane or something. It was then outcasted when GRAW came out. Sad story about GR2. the Multiplayer was pretty fun though.

Heck, I'd like to see them make mega maps for the original. I'm talking whole cities with multiple objectives. The game is older and it wouldn't need that much to power it.

@TheAeroAvatar- I'd like to see them just stop trying to improve the original game. Just keep the first one but start shelling out more maps and skins. I know there's mods out there but it would be nice to see UbiSoft still making some expansions.

xbox has ghost recon while ps2 has socom i havent played ghost recon yet but socom was amazing for its hay day

I love both games but I prefer GR2, especially online. The real travesty was the PS2 version of Ghost recon2, horrible graphics, map design and all this was worse online.

What they wanted to do was submit to the little 12 yr olds who couldnt comprehend real strategy. now we have dumb pointless games like cod. The graphics in GR2 where great and so was the scenery but the levels just werent what they used to be.and dont get me started on the AI,why the hell did they change it? It was impossible to ambush them or use tactics,they just shot at you like idiots and charged,they can even see through walls. this was the point where Ubi started sucking.
