  • From speaking with Scott, one would not guess he was anything more than a hard working, middle-class American because those are the values that emanate from him.

Scott took time out of his busy schedule to speak with me, an ordinary citizen, about the JAG Corps. And this was long before he was running for the US Senate, and I was not even a constituent of his. Scott obviously cares deeply about his fellow citizens and is the best man for the job for that reason.

  • Scott grew up in a middle-class Wakefield, Mass. His parents divorced and had no money and his mother was even on welfare at one point. Scott put himself through college and law school before getting elected to local office in Wrentham, Mass.

Scott then was elected a Mass State Senator, and also works as a self-employed family-law lawyer, all while being a 30 yr Mass Army National Guard veteran! He's a family man, and a model citizen in his hometown of Wrentham, Mass. He definitely has my vote!

  • Brown is a nigger! Stop lying about Rachel Maddow!

  • @Lex5576 I would say ROMNEY-BROWN 2012!

  • Really? I thought Obama was doing a pretty good job of that already, and he isn't even halfway into his first term.

  • that is because senators are up for re-election every 6 years and 2004 was not a re-election year for kerry, 2008 was so he didnt run for president

  • How was John Kerry able to keep his Senate seat after losing to Bush in 2004 then?

  • You really don't know how bad cap and trade is if you agree with what you just said.

  • that will actually be a step up from where obama has run it.
