Well, the ref blew his wistle and the next thing we knew Blue (dark sweater) and Cam (light sweater) started jettisoning the apparel. At that point my wife grabbed the digital camera and this is what we captured. I think Blue got the upper hand on this one.

In the end, the Gwinnett Gladiators won this contest by a score of 6-2 but don't let that wide margin fool you: the 6th place Stingrays were much more hungary than the 1st place Gladiators seemed to be and they kicked our butts the 1st period as we were completely out of sync as a team.

Gladiators coach Jeff Pyle had strong words for the mostly young squad during the 1st INT and the final 40 minutes were a goal-fest for Gwinnett with Mifsud and Painchaud collecting a pair of goals and Painchaud with a couple of near chances for a hat trick.
