@LiquidSoapMusic Easy... just listen to both versions..... not that hard to come up with the why.... Sam makes me want to move, as in dance, Cat Stevens version makes me want to move too, as in RUN! Maybe that's not so bad, seen the fact I could loose some weight, but then again, I'd rather dance..

I like both versions. Cat's version makes you want to get up and have a party with your friends and family. Its music and its all good!

@Ragnar1369 Sam wrote it and he has the smoothest voice the over all quality of cats voice isnt great they usually cover it up with big arrangements [ notice the trumpet solo 1:24 there is a whole orchestra on mathew and son] but he is a good song writer
