How did you find the lesion under the sealant? I can't notice it from the video. Did the patient have symptoms, or you found after opening the mesial lesion?

With the mesial lesion seen on the x ray and an opaque sealant, I will remove the sealant will a microectcher. If there is no decay I will replace it with a clear sealant so it is easier to diagnose in the future. Sealents normally last a short period of time. Some people say about three years. Many times they are not placed within three months of the tooth erupting and there is bacteria sealed under the sealant.
