How cool you are! I'm not Romani (which is prob obvious), & I don't know if you intended this vid for people like me, but I really enjoyed watching this. I can't relate to it like some can but that's why it interested me, because I learnt things. If I have children I'd be happy if they were like you - proud & intelligent but not prejudiced.

@27dreamweaver they appear at Applby with horses, run them around like a sports car pretending to be romanies when all they are at the end of the day are gorgers with a vardo, grai no gypsy blood and (from Ireland) we would never run a horse about like that. They dont have gypsy blood or language. We will never accept people like that no matter what they do or how much they try to fit in. They are just like new age travellers and the worst thing is people think we're all the same.

@zola0109 the term Traveller in the UK can mean many diiferent groups of Gypsoes and Travellers. These children are Romanies and speak a varient of Romani called Romani chib. They are not the same as the Irish Travellers who are Irish in origin and not romanies.

English gypsies moved all over the UK England, Scotland and wales and are still there. not so much in Ireland as Irish Travellers are a seperate non related group.

@stiglaa thank you I agree we Britsh Romanies are not Irish Travellers I think its a disgrace gorgers like Paddy Docherty (who really is an Irish man with no romani blood) pretendeing to tar all us together. Even the term Traveller which he flings about isnt an Irish Traveller label. Showmen, Scottish gypsies/Travellers would run a mile before associating with like his ethnic lot.
