    Ich bin forh, das ich im 3.ten Lj zum Zerspanungstechniker bin.

    Fräse zurzeit selber auf ner DMU60, leider mit etwas veralteter ITNC 426er Steuerung. Aber die neue iTNC530 macht schon bock :D

    You're pretty stupid. There is nothing special about this and I see American and Japanese made machines do this on a regular basis.

  • @Chromee93 man könnte natürlich auch beim 1. Durchlauf denn Schnellvorschub reduzieren und das Programm im Einzelsatz laufen lassen ;)

  • @rollerzobl die iTNC530 ist überragend, einfach zyklus auswählen, wenn was nicht passt kommt fehlermeldung, einwandfrei

    nicht so wie bei der alten, vergisst man bei bohrtiefe aus versehen das minus, heizt die maschine im eilgang auf den sicherheitsabstand unter dem werkstück^^
