If it's mandated by the public school, posing as a distraction or it's taking up educational time, it should be stopped. However, praying in school is not protected by the first amendment rights as FOX so idiotically promulgates. But a law-suit? That's just highly unnecessary and unreasonable..

I think Fox were a little less enthusiastic about this story because the students involved are black and have 'foreign' sounding names.
