Carpet Cleaning using Dual Process. Dual process is using a floor machine with brush and tank to scrub carpet and then Truck mounted hot water extraction (steam) to rinse. Home was reo and also required odor treatment. Chemical in scruber was light degreaser (note no foam) and wand was rinse solution with deoderizer so no residue was left on carpet. Realtor requires pattern to prove job completed as its photo billed. You can visit my site at http://www.hilbrandscarpetcare.com

  • To the Clean Tech: I use an enzyme product from Three Star Janitorial called Odor Eater. I also use a deodorizer called Water and Fire Plus for mildew urine and smoke also available from Three Star. The search for the best deodorizer is always ongoing but an enzyme product for long term solution and deodorizer for short term is the best I believe possible. To Hccaim I actualy show the prevac at about 35 seconds in.

  • good job, we use pretty much the same process as you do, dual method definitely gets the best results.

  • I did see it this time John. Good work. There are more and more cleaners taking the time to put the extra steps in, ie prevac and prescub and dry passes. It sure sets us apart from the rest and once a client sees what we do they appreciate that effort and show it by not only having us back even though we charge more, but are glad to refer us as well.

Keep staying above the pack John.

  • Great job, dual method cleaning takes more time and work but the results are certainly worth it! If you don't mind sharing , what deodorizer/ sanitizer do you use? I'm still going back and forth between 2 products, not sure what I like best yet. (you can e-mail me if you like) Thanks!

  • did you prevac? :-)
