This "video response" is a sham and it is spam. If you check under the "more info" tab, the unnaturally lengthy URL and keywords list are the hallmark of a spammer. Even if one were inclined to be less critical, this is still irresponsible to the YouTube community and disrupts an indexing/tagging system that already is close to implosion.
