This device is pure crap. I used to be a fan of Palm phones, starting from Palm V in the late 90s, and ending with Treo 600, which was fantastic. Unfortunately the Treo Pro fails at almost every level. It's slow and unresponsive, the task management program is very poor, the keyboard is hard to type on and the screen is too hard to click. After 4 months the screen stopped responding altogether. I would not recommend this phone to anybody!

@SahijApple93- Do NOT get the Touch Pro 1, I had it and it was very glitchy, it had a hard time keeping up with what I typed on the texts, it took a long time to change screen interfaces, such as when I slid in the keyboard, and it wouldn't let me use the chat-style messaging, whenever I tried to it would send me back a text message saying that the message was unable to be sent, I had to actually click on menu and reply to actually SEND a text message. I am SO glad to be rid of it.

@XxMajorCarlosxX - Idk, he might be, but it's his job to review these electronics, he only gets each phone for about 2-3 weeks.

My friend just found one with the plastic on it???It had a sim card in it but it was a sprint customer that didnt report it lost??I told her to be careful.

Honestly. How many times does he have to say? He gets them sent by the PR companies so he can review.
