    Customer Reviews:

Preacher curl bench is rock solid. I was really looking for something to keep my curl bar off the ground to minimize bending for heavy curls. I found this and took a chance. The standing preacher curls work great. The bench was well packaged and came together easily. I have used much more expensive preacher curl benches and this one ...

  • The version in the video (white frame) is the old design. The new design (pewter color) has the back bar moved back to the same holes as the side bar supports. This move backwards was to allow the users bench to slide further back for that specific reason to allow the bench to go further under the rack. The rack itself may note be tall enough to perform a vertical military press. There are foot print measurements on the web site that may help determine your positions.

  • how do you do incline/military press when the bar on the floor stops your bench going back far enough

  • is there a video for the BD-7?

    anyone know anything about it?

  • COST?

  • This looks a lot like the Hoist squat rack but without a pull up bar. I like the hoist better although it costs more.

  • Are there pins to catch the bar if you fall?

  • Looks like a great rack.
