Cheap talk from Obama Administration official Don Glenn, director of the gov't agency Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Wild Horse & Burro Program, who stated publicly that roundups (aka "gathers") are open to the public - that no situation would prevent the BLM from allowing citizens to observe the tax-payer-funded roundups. Yet the BLM REFUSES to provide the public with daily access to the largest roundup (Calico) of wild horses in recent years. The BLM cites staffing issues as the reason to restrict public observation of this multi-million-dollar gov't operation. After over a year of planning for the Calico roundup the BLM decides to conduct the entire first month (of a 2 month operation) on private cattle ranches.

I hate this man. This man is a menace to everything America is suppose to stand for. Don Glenn is a homeland terrorist. We are paying with our tax money the destruction and murder of wild horses and this man represents everything that has gone wrong with our country. So many have tried to stop it but they refuse. I have asked over and over the BLM place 24/7 webcams on ALL wild horse round-ups, the helicoptors and all facilities long and short term holding. I also had this suggestion entered on the DOI main website!! Lets get those webcams up and running NOW BLM!! We have not seen close up ANY of your long term holding wild horses. When you show pictures of them its to far to see their condition and we NEVER see their hooves!!

Supervise yes, that's one thing, There are radicals among us in all.

But to bold face lie - they only allowed 10 observers per day, 4 days of the week, for 4 or so hours & so far away the horses were almost specs. 39 horses DEAD, 2 foals lost thier hooves & suffered for days before being put down! Up to 30 mascarrianges!

How many more in the next days & weeks,  how many more suffering babies?

BLM has now said from now on it will be a secret! What are they trying to hide?

Can't you just picture this guy rounding up Native Americans in 1830? These are the people responsible for rounding up our beautiful wild horses. I am so sad for the horses. We must speak for them and not allow people like this to continue their wild horses Trail of Tears. White man still speaks with forked tongue.

i know some of the wranglers. the blm has to supervise the calico round up because there were death threats called in towards the wranglers and blm employees.... can we say radical?

I personally do not believe anybody from the BLM.All they do is falsify and confabulate.I will believe this when i have the proof.This to me is more malarchy.Sorry I have been rescuing all equines for years and the BLM is the worst confabulators out there.they are friends with the right wing group the Proslaughter liberation front run by D.
