DrumXPlosion Demo

Drum XPlosion is an Xbox Live Community Game that allows you to play free-form drums with up to 2 controllers! Obviously, drum kit controllers work the best. In fact, newer model drum kit controllers are velocity sensitive! Play with predefined drum kits (power, standard, electronic, etc.) or tweak individual drum sounds (pitch, volume, reverb) to make new custom drum kits. does this work with those official cymbals for the rb2 drum kit?

also i notice some lag...is that from the video or does the game have lag? and is it enough to affect playing?

I'm working on an update to use the official RB2 cymbals and extra kick drum port. I have a working copy. Hopefully I'll get it released soon. As far as the lag, I'm sure there is lag compared to "real" systems - it doesn't bother me. Try out the free demo to see if it works for you.

Yep, that would be me. More of a "developer" as opposed to a drummer as you can probably tell. On the flip side, as keep working on this thing, I start improve my drumming.

This is gonna sound weird, but I ACCIDENTALLY bought this game. I had lots of points on my account and I didn't realize that this was already downloaded. So I dloaded a 2nd time and basically bought this game. Brainless mistake on my part (I was tired!), but I have to say, there are a lot of great features here. I have the Guitar Hero WT drums but they are tucked away and I haven't tried them, but even with the controller it's neat to witness the flexibility this offers. Pretty solid!
