Hi,
Pretty much true of all photo editing programs you should at least have a pentium 4 with at least 1gb of ram....
I have several machines and the one I usually use is a pentium 4 at 3.0 gh which is a dual core. I have 3gb of ram on that machine. I have tested the applications on p4 machines at 2.0 gh and running 1 gb of ram. They were slower but still satisfactory.

@fotolinq Hey, what exactly are the specs on your computer. Mine is pretty old now and everything I try to do regarding photo editing really takes a toll on it.
