@PrivChurch The explanation behind the blue tape is for the coach. If he is in a inverted cross or pressing into a handstand if the coach can not see the blue tape in it's original shape then he is not in the proper position. In other words, if the coach isn't able to see it than he will be deducted points for missed position come competition.
Forgive me for my ignorance, but I had a little trouble distinguishing a few of the moves (lack of experience). Is an Azarian where you roll backward into the hold, and a Nakayama the back lever to cross?
