Pfft, not as much as CoD and Gears of War, and all those other overrated, cliche, boring shooters with no imagination.
I will agree though, that Half Life does give Halo a run for it's money.
I think my top 5 favorite shooters (excluding Portal because its mainly a puzzle game at heart) would be:
1. The Marathon Trilogy
2. Half Life series
3. Fallout 3
4. Team Fortress 2
5. Halo: Combat Evolved

@Kai2oo6 Gman - many reffering to is a man with a hard but some yet simple job... to keep watch of those who adapted & survived against all odds... as i quote *They remind me of myself* - meaning that gman may have faced the same problems that gordon is facing now... He is keeping a constant watch over Freeman so everything can work out in somewhat (BEST) odds... Though we still dont know the MAIN Purpose of him being in game we all know that he is there to keep a constant watch of freeman...

@counterstrike911 nope, in hl2 credits play "Dark Energy" not THAT. That soundtrack plays at the end of hl1. :)

HALO SUCKS! BALLS! its stupid Half-Life is 10 times better heck even 20 times better! HALO dosent even make a normal story compared to Half-life and Half-Life 2! IN HALO YOU CANT USE GMOD or any other cool mods! IN HALO YOU DONT GET A MUCH OF A BIG MAP!
