This is the video stress test included with CS:S. I ran it on my 8800 GTX C2D E6600 system. I had the resolution set to 1800x1440 with 16xTSQAA(16xQAA w/Transparancy AA set to Supersampling), 16xAF, and HDR enabled. I've said it a million times before, but this card freakin' rocks! the original video can be downloaded here: http://rapidshare.com/files/7937893/Counter_Strike_Source_8800_GTX_1800x1440.MOV

  • @MichaelKMcCallum i get that with 1 msi r6950 twin frozr ii

  • lol, with my vapor-x hd6870 and i5 @4.3ghz i get 300fps

  • what does it do

  • @alampandatennisrack Was everything set to max though?

  • @MichaelKMcCallum

old cards made for old directx will run faster than new cards made for new direct x. thats how it works

  • why did you call that stress test?

its the ugliest game on the world and shit grafics -.-

  • lol i got 350 fps average on 4890

  • Idk if anyone noticed this, but I OC'd my 9800GTX+ as far as I could, and the fps didn't increase. Then I find out that OCing the CPU is what gives you insane FPS on that bechnmarker. Like the guy at the top with the i7@4GHz. So I OC'd my q9400 a full GHz and increase my fps by 100 to 214 avg.

  • 1920x1200 maxed out 134.5fps on i7 920@2.77ghz, 6bg ram ddr3, 8800gt...

    fail graphics card....

  • thats nice but you should type in console fps_max 999

than you could see what you got because you cant get over 300 fps without fps_max
