actually the guy shooting that tied up civilian was some general or something like that that killed a guy that killed his wife because she did not obey him about helping Viet Kong
It was on history channel.They guy that took that photo, which was used as anti-war propaganda,actually talked about it
I think its sad to given up the fight when it was close to wining.And plus you kinda started that war so you should have finished it.Your government and people betrayed allies and your fallen soldiers
