@sticksnstuffs1fan True, but you'd be able to run for longer, assured that you won't have to pull up early to avoid injury. Other alternatives include Kite, Resistance Band, and Sled Sprints.

20% incline. set the speed to 5 mph and run backwards keeping your back straight. Feel the sheer pain and agony in your thighs. its awesome!

35 degree angle? Are you sure? Usually the treadmill incline is measured by the grade (in terms of a percentage), not the angle.
