  • 35 degree angle? Are you sure? Usually the treadmill incline is measured by the grade (in terms of a percentage), not the angle.

  • @MikeDunn I'm pretty sure your right, I was very fresh to the fitness field making this video

  • @chisoxda Cool. I hope it didn't sound like I was trying to "call you out". Just wanted to confirm with ya. Thanks.

  • @MikeDunn I appreciate the feedback, its part of learning, thanks for watching, and again thankyou for the feedback (:

  • Just find a hill, it would be a lot safer

  • Thats how you run uphill if a T-Rex is chasing you.

  • This kid is a BEAST!!!!

  • 9 mph????? that is xc recovery pace for an hour run

  • @CapsLockRAGE There are no hills in Illinois

  • @sticksnstuffs1fan True, but you'd be able to run for longer, assured that you won't have to pull up early to avoid injury. Other alternatives include Kite, Resistance Band, and Sled Sprints.

  • @CapsLockRAGE yea, hills are safe, but you won't be able to mantain the same speed easier

  • 20% incline. set the speed to 5 mph and run backwards keeping your back straight. Feel the sheer pain and agony in your thighs. its awesome!
