If air infiltration is a good thing then why do home builders try so hard to keep it from happening? While the product may be green the remaining structure isn't (foundation, wood walls, etc). So how much of this home is really green? Just the cladding?

"The 3,000 sq. ft. home costs about $55,000 to build." -Is this correct? If so, this is $18.34/sq. ft. ($55,000 / 3,000).
