Hey Solar, I just realized the heavy impact of 0 arm drill (0AD) on rotation from the body, not the arms. I added a little modification where you kick several times on the side while breathing with head out. Noticed an instant form correction that followed. Typically had the most trouble on my normal breathing side during drill - which figures.
