Bacon and fats

This video is partly to show you how I like to cook bacon, and partly to bring up some issues about fats and oils. Also, the issue of processed meats.

I think we need much more serious and honest research into the issue of fats. I think some of our self-appointed health experts are trying to promote certain products, and some experts have impressive college diplomas, but not impressive intellectual abilities.
