And since he thinks that islands float, he must have only made it to the 5th Grade (no offense to current 5th Graders). Thus the video is called "Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grade Congressman". If we do it your way, it would be "Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader Congressman". WTF? Go back to English class.
