Cool! I was also there for 2008 solstice. What an awesome sight! It was so cool watching the light just appear at the right place and the right time.

Nice Vid Thankyou, Cool how the slight miss allignment may show the polar shift over the thousand odd years. A quick though.. Maybe there were mirrors placed inside these alcoves to reflect the light in some way, maybe onto a calendar pillar for easy interpretation? Also nice how this technology was common all over the world in earths history. Look at StoneHenge!
