@jayjoetube14 Rodman's ass was dumped by Jerry West. He never wanted to sign him to begin with, it was mandated by Buss, who was Rodman's personal friend. Rodman started his BS w/ not showing up and refusing to check into a game. Then he was gone. The other reason Shaq and Kobe couldn't win a ring is because teams win titles. Having 2 stars doesn't guarantee shit. The won the next season w/ Phil and an entirely new culture and roster.
