We have enjoied very much the samon meals including Ikura cooked by ourselvs, but after the happy hour, we fallen into misery because one of the friends found a bony cuty swimming in the sea of golden eggs!
This movie shows an anisakis found among salmon eggs in soy souse. I believed this parasite lives only in fish meat and insides. So, many Japanese loves eating rare salmon eggs in soysouse called "Ikura". However, we should notice the possibility of this creature when it is served by poor cooks just like us!
Fortunately, no one feel ill in this moment, but who can say tomorrow?
